Sleep Meditation Music That Will Help you Fall Asleep Fast

Sleep Meditation Music I can Actually Fall Asleep to

Do you have trouble falling asleep? I do! These sleep meditation playlists will help you fall asleep faster, guaranteed.

Is it weird that most sleep meditation music gives me anxiety? There is nothing worse than trying to fall asleep to “peaceful” music, but it only ends up giving you heart palpitations (not just meant metaphorically – this is a real issue for me since I have dysautonomia).

After years of trial and error I finally found the perfect sleep meditation music that I can actually fall asleep to.

What you will need:

A comfortable pair of headphones. I use Bose Quiet Comfort 35 but this will work with any pair of headphones.

Note – You can try to listen to these meditations without headphones, but it isn’t as effective for me.

  • Tips – I like to listen to this one at really low volume – ideally on the lowest setting on my phone.

I first found this sleep meditation music while traveling in the Azores, Portugal. I always stress about my sleep on trips because I want to be able to fully enjoy my time. I slept so well! Even my husband commented that I didn’t kick him like I usually do. Haha.

What they say “This ambient sleep meditation music was designed to help you fall asleep fast. Calming your mind, releasing tension and stress, and allowing you to drift into a deep and restorative delta sleep state. Produced in 528 Hz with the intention of stimulating rest, healing, and regeneration.”

Does it actually do all that? I have no clue, but it is really relaxing and does help me fall into a deep sleep. In fact, I just listened to it while writing this post to make sure it was still one of my favorites. I immediately started getting so tired I had to turn it off (so yes, I think it’s effective).

3. Sleep Music for a Positive Mind

This one is from Jason Stephenson’s YouTube channel; I love pretty much all of his stuff.

“Let go of negative energy with this peaceful sleep music for a positive mind. This live sleep music video was made to help you let go of negative energy, sleep well, and wake up feeling positive.”
